What you are paying for

PuffinVBT measures bar speed from an ordinary phone video. You film a set, upload it, and get per-rep peak and average velocity, range of motion and an estimated 1RM measured from the footage itself - no tether, no sensor clipped to the bar, nothing to charge. Every plan runs the same analysis; what the paid plans change is how many videos you can put through it and how many athletes you can manage.

Questions people ask before subscribing

Do I need a card to try it?

No. Every account starts with 15 analyses and no payment details. They are yours to spend whenever - use them to check the measurement against whatever you already trust before you pay for anything.

What is the difference between Athlete and Coach?

Athlete removes the analysis cap for one lifter. Coach does the same and adds 5 athlete seats, a roster dashboard and feedback threaded on each set, so you can review your lifters' bar speed in one place. Extra seats are added to the same subscription.

Can I cancel, and what happens when I do?

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for. Your uploaded videos and history stay on the account.

What if it does not work for my setup?

Contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. EU consumers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.

Who actually takes the payment?

Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. That means Paddle handles the charge, the VAT and the invoice for your country, which is why the prices above are shown in your local currency.
